I know Varun Rajendra since 2010 when we set up our first restaurant and microbrewery in Bangalore. Varun was contracted to do the civil and interior works for the project. Varun came in the place of a contractor who was terminated and took up the challenge seamlessly and handed the project over in a very good time. It was one of Varun’s first projects. Varun was also contracted to do the interior works of our second project in 2015 and many smaller renovation works between 2013 and 2018. Through this time, what stood out was Varun’s resourcefulness and commitment to getting the job done. Varun was also entrusted by our company to find and complete a land purchase deal for our brewery project. Varun ensured that any challenges with the acquisition of land and post-acquisition were handled capably.

I engaged “Varun Rajendra Construction” located at ANAGAYA No. 310, 2’d C Cross, Kasturinagar, Bangalore-560016 to build our home at Thanisandra, Bangalore. The owner Varun Rajendra has been extremely easy to work with. He is honest, trustworthy, and stays true to his word. The entire construction process was seamless and marked with a distinct project plan, so we knew exactly what to expect in terms of intermediate milestones. Right from signing of the contract in September, 2015 until completion, the builder made entire process transparent and ensured that the quality of construction adhered to what we originally agreed upon. This was made possible with weekly updates, and regular site visits. All through the process, we were provided with timely updates on construction progress with photographic evidence and weekly reports.What really struck to me most was the open and flexible attitude of Varun Rajendra, who took time to understand our specific needs, and translated them into a concrete plan that worked to our utmost satisfaction. He patiently listened to us, and often provided meaningful insight. I could always count on him for right advice. Varun is a true professional and will ensure that the project not only gets completed under time and budget, but also exceeds expectation. I was absolutely impressed with his knowledge of construction industry and modern design trends. He often took a verbal discussion and translated it into esthetic designs that ultimately enhanced the quality of our home. Varun brings to the table years of deep knowledge in building & construction industry that I believe can not only benefit individual customers like me, but also those into commercial real estate as well.
